How to provide effective, innovative recommendations for next steps post-investigation
It used to be that recommendations in investigation reports included two main suggestions – mediation and ‘Respect-in-the-Workplace’ training. In this webinar, we will discuss why these recommendations are insufficient and have the potential to cause more harm.
These matters are complex. Recommendations for resolution usually have multi-components to them as they consider all the stakeholders’ interests and the needs of system. This allows for a fulsome analysis and provides meaningful proposed next steps.
We will talk about:
- How to analyze the findings of an investigation; and
- What options are available that will help the parties, team, culture move from ‘here’ to ‘there’.
This webinar will be presented by Jennifer Pernfuss, who is certified as both an Organization and Relationship Systems and Trauma-Informed Professional Coach. With almost 30 years working in the field of complaint management and resolution, Jennifer will share her knowledge and experience so that you can provide excellent, value-added recommendations to your clients.
